Can you ship to my country? |

Yes!
We ship Globally by FedEx, UPS, and First Class Airmail.
We would suggest that if your order is shipping to countries other than USA/Canada/Europe/UK that you choose FedEx or UPS shipping for trackable shipping service that guarantees you will get your order in a timely manner. First Class Airmail is cheaper, but mail service can be very slow in some countries.
We try to keep our shipping and handling rates as low as possible while at the same time provide you with prompt professional service, and online
order tracking through our website order tracking system.
Here you may enter your Plantraco order number and obtain a FedEx/UPS
tracking number, and an estimated time of arrival for your order.

An exact shipping quotation is always supplied to you when you enter
your order through our secure online order system - You will receive
a full quotation including shipping for any product ordered BEFORE
you have to enter any credit card details.

FEDEX orders can be tracked at http://www.fedex.com. You will have
received a FedEx tracking number by e-mail if you selected FedEx courier
for shipping. You can also retrieve your FedEx tracking number from our
online tracking system
FIRST CLASS AIRMAIL TRANSIT TIMES (Average)
USA 5 - 10 Days (usually 7 days)
UK 7-10 Days (usually 7 days)
Europe 7-21 Days
Asia 14-28 Days
Australia/New Zealand 10-21 Days
South America 14-21 Days
Notice that the First Class Airmail Transit Times are average times.
Aproximately 90% of orders will be received within these estimated
times. Customs inspections or other post office related delays can
sometimes slow the delivery of your order, and unfortunately, there is
not much to do but wait in these circumstances. The shipping rates
for First Class Airmail are excellent, but FedEx provides faster and
trackable service.
