1.6: How long does it take for Plantraco to process my order? Do the weekends affect this?

In general, we ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order or one working day.

Orders received before 10AM CST will generally ship out on the same day. We ship on a daily basis. FedEx and UPS courier services pick up packages at about 12:00 - 1:00 PM.

We have no pickup service on Saturday and Sunday, so if you order on Friday afternoon, your order will ship on Monday

Examples:

You order at 9AM on Thurs morning - your order ships out on Thursday
You order at 2 PM on Thurs afternoon - your order ships out Friday
You order at 5 PM on Fri afternoon - your order ships out Monday

The above times are accurate, the only other delays that can affect your shipment would be if their is a problem with your credit card or shipping address or some other technical delay such as 3 feet of snow on the streets.

90% of orders ship out on time, to the right address, and with the right stuff in the box!
