Warranties are based on the ideal that:

If you need to exchange something or get
a refund that is not a problem.
However - If your
dog chewed up your Tri-Turbofan and it has been
destroyed, please do not expect us to send you a free
replacement.
In General, you have 30 days to
return your goods for exchange or refund.
Please
call us or send us an Email message to receive a Return
Authorization number.
We will send you a RA#
(Return Authorization Number), with detailed
instructions on how to send goods back to us. By using
our Return Authorization system, you can be assured of
prompt and accurate service.
Returning goods for
exchange or refund is never fun, but we try to make it
efficient for you.
Send an email to us requesting
a Return Authorization number.
