If you're having problems
loading and viewing our videos, you're in the right
place! With a little bit of patience and determination,
we'll hopefully get you viewing our dynamic video clips
in short order - you'll feel like a multimedia
genius!
First of all, make sure that you have a
computer and a connection to the internet. (It's
obvious, but you'd be suprised at the questions we've
heard!)
Now that you're sitting at your computer,
check to see if you have the QuickTime player installed.
All of our videos are presented as QuickTime
files.
If you're using a Macintosh computer, you
likely don't need to install anything - it should come
pre-installed on your computer. If you're using a
Windows PC, the QuickTime Player is installed on many
computers, but can also be downloaded from the internet
as a free application. To download QuickTime (regardless
of the computer you're using), click on the button
below:
Simply follow the
directions to download the application. You may be
prompted to upgrade your free QuickTime Player to a
"Pro" version - but none of our Plantraco video files
require this.
After installation, you may need to
restart your computer. If you are still having problems
with QuickTime, visit the QuickTime
Support Page for more help.
